My Story

This year I am planning to do 12 ( plus ) sea swims in December to raise money for this amazing  local mental health charity.

From 20th December - 20th January the Zachary Geddis Trust are offering immediate free counselling and befriending services for those who are suffering this Christmas. 

The opportunity to speak to a local, qualified and compassionate individual who is there specifically to support people in crisis. 

Followup sessions from  20th January also provided by the Zachary Geddis Trust.

Lines for this service will open on 20th December at 9am ✨

This is a much needed service and Christmas can be one of the most difficult times of the year .

So if you can spare the price of a cup of coffee I would be so grateful.  Every penny raised goes straight into the charity to provide this  life saving service.
